I believe every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and confident in who they are. My programmes provide supportive, engaging experiences that help young people strengthen emotional awareness, build confidence, and develop practical life skills that support them both in school and beyond. They help children understand who they are, discover what makes them shine, and find their own inner compass.

Today's children are facing increasing social and emotional pressures. Many schools and parents are noticing challenges around confidence, friendship difficulties, emotional regulation and resilience. The Inner Compass Confidence & Resilience Club has been designed to support children in developing practical life skills that help them thrive both in and outside the classroom.

One-to-one coaching sessions

I offer individual one-to-one sessions for young people, parents, and mothers who would benefit from personalised guidance and support.

Sessions with young people focus on developing emotional intelligence skills such as understanding emotions, building confidence, managing anxiety, and navigating friendships and everyday challenges.

Parent sessions provide a space to explore practical ways to support children through big emotions, strengthen communication, and build a more supportive emotional environment at home.

For mothers, I offer a gentle space to reconnect with yourself beyond motherhood — to pause, reflect, and make sense of the emotional and personal changes that come with this new chapter.

Each family and individual situation is unique. An initial meeting allows us to discuss your needs and goals, after which a personalised support plan can be developed.

What young people gain

Through My Inner Compass Coaching programmes, young people develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional understanding — skills that support them both in school and everyday life.

Many begin to experience increased confidence in expressing thoughts and feelings, a better understanding of emotions and how to manage them, improved friendships and communication skills, and greater resilience when facing challenges. They also gain practical coping strategies to reduce overwhelm and worry, a stronger sense of self, and the feeling of being heard, understood, and supported in a safe environment.

My aim is not to change who young people are, but to help them feel more secure, capable, and confident in themselves.
